The "Forms" field should be removed from here. And the "Field Placement"-tabbed information and the "Field Personnel"-tabbed information is redundent; Rebecca recommends combining these two tabbed piece of information under "Field Placement." Lastly, why is "Plan of Study" (tab) here?
