Field Personnel may have 25 or so students and each student might have about 8 documents in a single semester. So, to facilitate a Field Instructor or Faculty members (or Administrator's) locating pertinent documents in a timely fashion, we ask that two more filters be added to the Search fields of the "Field Placement Documents" screen:
* Report Name (e.g., "Planning Guide," "Monthly Report," etc.)
* Report Status (e.g., Unopened, opened, signed, completed)
This way, for instance, a Field Advisor could just ask to see "Monthly Reports" that are "signed" (but not "completed"). In addition, it would be helpful if an additional column could be displayed: Academic Year.
